The new home page for Hairy Larry Rocks is now up using the Almost Plain Text Blog.

The Plain Text Blog is a wonderful thing. The all text format is great if you want to be able to copy and paste content out of the blog.

The Almost Plain Text Blog allows images and iframe embeds. Built from the same flat file roots it is a bit more complicated than Plain Text Blog but still a very simple program by anyone's standard.

So, Plain Text Blog is wonderful and pure. Blogness in a nutshell, posts, permalinks, contents, RSS, with everything always easy to copy. Copy the code into a directory with a text subdirectory and throw text files there. Just works.

Almost Plain Text Blog is all mucked up to allow pictures and media in iframe embeds. Like most blogs it can be difficult to copy the content.

But it has pictures. And media!
